Prof. John Skinner

Prof. John Skinner is author/co-author of over 320 scientific publications on mammalogy, ecology, taphonomy, environmental physiology and endocrinology of mammals; 30 book chapters and books including the encyclopaedic Mammals of the S A Subregion and over 100 popular articles. He has supervised 56 masters and 34 doctoral theses. He launches his magnificent Mammals of the Southern African Sub-region ( with Christian Chimimba) and gives an illustrated talk about animals and the environment in SA.
